Potato Soup

4-6 slices bacon, diced
2-4 oz sausage (we prefer a spicy sausage)
4 medium potatoes, sliced thinly
2 cans evaporated milk

1.  Cook bacon and sausage together.
2.  Drain most of the grease.
3.  Stir potatoes around with the meats and remaining grease for a few minutes.
4.  Pour in milk and bring to a slow boil until potatoes are tender.
5.  Serve with grated cheese.
